“Waiting for tooooo long”
Long line promising a good experience. Big disappointment! The concept is not for me although the ramen was not bad. Still, doesn’t worth the waiting time

“THE best ramen I’ve ever had.”
This place with the massive egg outside caught my attention so we wandered in after visiting the aquarium. I had the roast pork ramen, it is to date the most delicious and tasty ramen I have ever had and I’ve had a lot of ramen. There was a sort of smoked seaweed on top which permeated through the w...hole dish. It was an absolute delight, made right in front of me, friendly chef. This ramen was so good I wanted to gatekeep it but o just can’t, everyone should have this ramen! Besides if I review it here I’ll be able to find it again when I go back.

“Ichiran Ramen”
Ichiran always hits the spot….always! Reasonable price & can adjust the ramen to your liking. Yes it’s worth the wait but sometimes it’s difficult to go there in big groups.

“Nice Ramen”
came here due to high rating about the ramen abs also missed it during my last trip. I have chosen rich broth and it is to my liking. The beef is tender and blend nicely with the soup. You are also give a paper for your noodle / soup preference. Really worth the try.

“Worth the queue”
I hope I have got the right outlet as this one is unique in the chain of Ichirans in Osaka being a no pork restaurant. This is great news for us as ramen tends to be pork based by default. We had just returned from Universal Studios so the last thing we wanted to do was line up in yet another queue...! But the craving was too strong so we went for it. At first we saw that the queue started on the stairs which did not seem so bad. But then we realised there was more waiting inside the restaurant and the main reason for the backlog was that there were only 16 seats for serving. Be prepared to wait for up to an hour before finally being seated but once in, you will be served very quickly. Everyone is sat in individual booths so this is not a sociable setting nor should you hang around for long to be considerate to others who are still waiting. Do bring cash as you have to pre-pay for your food using a vending machine.
