“One of the best ramens I've had!”
We went there just last night and it was rather late like 9.45 pm already. The concept of this restaurant is unique and not like any other kind that I've had before. It is located right in the heart of Ikuta Road, Kobe, so it is very easy to find. The location of the resto however, is on the low...er ground. So you have to go down stairs to come in. But you'll see the sign Ichiran ramen on the front. Once you go in, you'll see the "menu machine" in front of you. Mindful of the eating time. It may get very crowded and the queue may take quite long though. Dont forget to bring coins to put inside the menu machine once you chose the food. It is a whole new different level of dining experience and ramen was fantastic! Please be mindful that this is a pork ramen so for strict Muslim, I wouldn't suggest you to come and eat here.

“Famous ramen restaurant from Kyushu”
Ichiran is the famous ramen chain from Kyushu. I went there on the weekdays night we need to wait about 30 mins. You can choose the firmness and spiciness of the noodle. The ramen tastes so good. I wish they would have more different menu. 一蘭は九州発祥の有名なラーメンチェーンです。三宮にできたということで早速行ってみたのですが、平日でも30分待ちました...。 硬さ辛さを選ぶことができます。こってりとしたラーメンははまりそうなくらい美味しかったです。チャーハンなどの別メニューもあればうれしいのですが。
