“One fo the best Shojin ryori (Buddhist vegan meal) I have ever eaten!”

The meals served on three footed trays were really one of the best vegan meal I have had. Each meal consists of more than 10 bowls/plates with extraordinary ideas to cook vegetables/fruits. (The meals are totally vegan.) You can eat lunch there without staying at the monastery, so it is so worth a t...ry!
