Love the vibe of the restaurant and quality of the wine. Bonus that I could buy my favourite French cheese on the way out.

Near Shinsaibashi subway station, but a little hard to find. Better for me. Very decent French Italian lunch for less than ten bucks. More than twenty wines by the glass. Need I say more?
