“Great steak, Great taste at the heart of Kyoto”
We had one of the most memorable wagyu meals in Kyoto thanks to an incredible chef whose passion and craftsmanship truly show in every bite. The Kobe beef steak was simply outstanding , perfectly seared, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. His Yamagata wagyu was equally impressive, with a b...eautiful balance of richness and umami that you can only get from someone who really understands and respects the ingredients. The sake selection was also excellent. He recommended pairings that elevated the meal even further, making the entire dining experience feel refined, thoughtful, and genuinely special. If you’re in Kyoto and want to enjoy top-tier wagyu prepared by someone who clearly takes pride in his art, this place is a must-visit. Truly unforgettable.
