Black Japanese beef is said to have a fine texture and a delicious taste, and it is said that the secret to its deliciousness lies in its fat.

Among the Tajima cattle born in Hyogo Prefecture, this title is only given to about 4,000 cattle a year that meet strict regulations.
It is characterized by extremely high-quality marbled meat and rich, sweet fat, and its soft, high-quality texture is praised worldwide.
