Very good, excellent lunch. The servers were great. Kanon, Sumire, Emika, Hara, Julia were all great !! I highly recommend this place.

“Best of the Best? Not really.”
We were told to wait 20-30 minutes, and instead waited for an hour, standing at the entrance, next to other clients’ shoes and facing the open toilet door. There was no possibility to sit down somewhere, even though smaller, cheaper restaurants have the ability to accommodate guests who are asked to... wait. At some point, several guests paid and left the restaurant, but we still weren’t offered the opportunity to sit at their free table. After an hour there still was no one coming to update us, therefore we decided to leave. This is extremely disrespectful towards guests, which is surprising in Japan where respect is highly valued. We understand that it is an expensive and exclusive restaurant, but if you claim yourself to be as good, it is expected to treat your clients accordingly. Be

“This was a delightfully tasty experience. Simply exquisite and tucked away from the crowds.”
This was a highlight for our dining experience in Japan. The food was top hat level and service was unbelievable. Mayumi was our chef and she was pefect in every way. A must do.

“Must visit Nara Wagyu Experience”
This was an excellent dining experience. The wagyu beef was perfectly done to our asking. The atmosphere and hospitality was also off the charts. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Mayumi! She was our chef, explained everything and made it incredibly fun.
