Ramen Todai Amagasaki

This is a small chain's claim to fame: the raw egg on the table. You can crack as many eggs as you want and drop their ooey-gooey goodness into your ramen soup. It really softens the flavor. Their other ramen already has the soft-boiled egg on top. For me, the soup was too strong. It was too sa...lty to consume without some sort of carb to soak up the salt. They do have parking on site. However, it is very dangerous to get in and out of this parking lot, especially when the street is busy. You order at the entranceway. Accepts credit cards and SOME digital payments, but not all.
