“Paella specalists”
Located on the 9th floor of the Takashimaya Department Store, part of the fine dining area. This restaurants purports itself to be specialists in Paella. Perhaps it was the type of paella we ordered (Valencian Paella with rabbit & chicken) but it was not that great. For me, paella needs to have a... real crusty bottom (socarrat) but ours wasn't crusty. The rice was still soft and didn't have that chewy texture. Flavor was alright but as a whole, it lacked something. Considering that the meal was closer to 3,000 yen per person, it was more disappointing than anything. There are so many other options nearby that coming back would be a remote possibility.

“Don’t go if you are hungry! ”
Paella was ordered for two people....which is standard. It cost us £25 for a single layer of rice on a paella pan, couple of prawns and two pieces of squid. Absolute ripoff. Then to make it worse they scrapped the burnt bits off the base of the pan and asked us if we wanted to eat it....as we finish...ed in less than 2 minutes. Embarrassing to have been served this as a course!
