西中島南方にある二郎系ラーメンのお店。 今回はまぜそばを注文しました。 麺はワシワシ系の太麺で食べ応えがあり、小麦の風味もしっかり感じられます。 濃いめのタレとよく絡んで、ガツンとした満足感のある一杯。 途中で粉チーズと生卵をトッピングすると、コクがプラスされてさらに美味しくなりました。 ジャンキーな味にチーズと卵のまろやかさが加わって、個人的にはかなり好み。追いご飯しても絶対美味しいと思います！ まぜそばのチャーシューはゴロゴロとカットされたタイプで、食べ応えもしっかり。 平日12時過ぎ頃に訪問しましたが、2席空いていて並ばずに入れました。 二郎系のお店としては、意外と穴場かもしれま...せん。 店内はカウンターのみで食券制。 ガッツリ系のまぜそばを食べたい時におすすめのお店です。 ごちそうさまでした！ I visited this ramen shop in Nishinakajima-Minamikata and ordered the mazesoba (soupless ramen). The noodles were thick and chewy with a nice wheat flavor. They mixed really well with the rich, strong sauce, creating a bold and satisfying taste. Halfway through the meal, I added powdered cheese and a raw egg as toppings. The extra richness made it even more delicious. The cheese and egg added a creamy balance to the otherwise very “junk food style” flavor, which I personally loved. I’m sure it would also be great with a bowl of rice at the end! The chashu pork was cut into chunky pieces, giving the dish a nice hearty texture. I visited a little after 12 PM on a weekday and there were two seats available, so I could enter without waiting. For a Jiro-style ramen shop, it felt like a bit of a hidden gem. The restaurant has counter seating only and uses a ticket machine system. If you like rich, filling ramen with strong flavors, this place is definitely worth trying.

I'd been eyeing this "Nira Mazesoba" ever since l spotted it on Instagram, and finally gave it a try. The moment the bowl hit the table, that aroma hit me totally unfair in the best way. A punch of garlic paired with the fresh, green scent of chives made my appetite skyrocket. The noodles were coa...ted perfectly in the sauce, releasing bursts of umami with every bite. Halfway through, I added some chili oil, and the heat plus extra aroma took it to a whole new addictive level. Definitely not refined, but the kind of bowl that makes you think, "I'm coming back for this".

Found this new ramen shop in Osaka that opened in October 2024, and I'm already planning my return. Thick, chewy noodles, rich and savory pork broth, a mountain of bean sprouts, plenty of backfat, and tender chashu- this bowl was dangerously addictive in the best way. You can customize your garlic... and veggie levels, which makes it easy to tailor it exactly how you like. It might be new, but the ramen already feels perfectly refined.

Despite the early hour, there were already several people waiting in line, which showed that this was a popular local restaurant. I bought a ticket and was seated about 15 minutes later. On this day, there was only one staff member, so I had to wait for my turn. I ordered the small ramen and sliced cheese. For the free toppings, I requested extra vegetables, less garlic, and less oil. The mountain of bean sprouts was satisfying without being too heavy, and the thick, curly noodles blended well with the soup, making for a highly satisfying meal. The melted cheese added a creamy richness to the flavor, allowing me to enjoy it all the way to the last bite. The service was also attentive, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably even though it was busy. 日曜日のお昼前に訪問しました。早めの時間帯にも関わらず、すでに何人か並んでいて、地元の方に愛されているお店だとすぐにわかりました。食券を購入し、列に加わってから約15分で入店。店内は満席ではなかったものの、この日はスタッフの方が1名で切り盛りされており、タイミングを見ての入店となっていました。 今回注文したのは「ラーメン（小）」に「スライスチーズ」のトッピング。無料トッピング（いわゆる“コール”）は、野菜マシマシ・にんにく少なめ・アブラ少なめでお願いしました。 たっぷりのもやしを中心とした野菜が山のように盛られていて、食べ応え抜群。それでいて、もやしなので重たくなりすぎず、罪悪感なく楽しめるの...が嬉しいポイントです。太めのちぢれ麺はもちもちでコシがあり、スープとの相性も抜群。小サイズでもかなりのボリュームで、お腹いっぱいになりました。 トッピングのチーズはスープの熱でとろけて、まろやかさとコクがプラスされ、味の変化も楽しめます。卓上には「追いスープ」もありましたが、元のスープの味がしっかりしていて、最後までそのままで美味しくいただけました。 忙しい中でも丁寧に対応してくださったスタッフさんに感謝。ラーメンで元気をチャージできた、満足度の高い一杯でした。西中島南方エリアでガッツリ系ラーメンを探している方に、ぜひおすすめしたいお店です！ Flavorful and Filling Ramen at Butakin (Nishinakajima-Minamigata) I stopped by Butakin just before noon on a Sunday and was impressed by the line of locals already waiting—it’s clearly a popular spot!
