土曜11時過ぎですでに5.6名入ってました。 ラーメン小1100円を注文！ チーズトッピング100円。 小でもかなりボリュームがあって、 普通のラーメン屋さんの大盛りくらいの満足感 麺はワシワシ系の極太麺で食べ応えしっかり。 濃厚な豚の旨みに背脂の甘みが合わさって、 ジャンキーで止まらない美味しさでした！ ニンニクのパンチもしっかり効いていて、 二郎系らしい中毒感あり◎ 卓上のお酢や胡椒で味変すると、 最後まで飽きずに食べられるのも嬉しい！ 今回はチーズトッピングにしたけど、 辛味噌が美味しいらしい。 ガッツリ食べたい日にめちゃくちゃおすすめのお店です。 I visited B...UTAKIN Uehonmachi a little after 11am on a Saturday, and there were already around 5–6 customers inside, which showed how popular the shop is. I ordered the Small Ramen (1,100 yen) with an extra cheese topping (100 yen). Even the “small” size was very filling — about the same volume as a large ramen at a regular ramen shop. The noodles were thick and chewy with the classic “washi-washi” texture typical of Jiro-style ramen, making it very satisfying to eat. The rich pork-based soup combined with the sweetness of the pork fat created an addictive, indulgent flavor that was hard to stop eating. The garlic added a strong punch and gave the bowl that true Jiro-style intensity. I also enjoyed changing the flavor with the vinegar and pepper available on the table, which kept the meal interesting until the very last bite. This time I chose the cheese topping, but I heard the spicy miso topping is also very popular. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hearty and satisfying ramen experience in Osaka!

The bright yellow signboard is a clear landmark, so it’s easy to find even for first-time visitors. Inside, there’s a ticket machine, and QR code payment is accepted. The vivid red tables give the place a lively ramen-shop atmosphere. I ordered the “Small Mazesoba” (1,200 yen) with garlic mayo and spicy miso toppings. The noodles are 250g, a very large portion, but the flavors kept me going until the last bite. Even the “Small” size is filling enough. For those with a big appetite, there are “Large” and “Extra-large” sizes available, but I recommend starting small.

The bright yellow sign instantly caught my eye, and the mouthwatering aroma of ramen pulled me right inside. The moment I stepped in, I was welcomed by a casual, energetic vibe that only made me hungrier. I went big and ordered the "Small Ramen" with extra veggies and an extra meat topping- basical...ly, a bowl built for a feast. When the bowl landed on my table, I was blown away by its sheer presence. A mountain of vegetables towered over the bowl, with thick slices of pork stacked generously on top, making it look every bit as massive as it tasted. The noodles were bold and chewy, soaking up the rich broth perfectly, and every slurp delivered a wave of flavor and satisfaction. The extra meat was tender, packed with umami, and made the whole experience even more indulgent. Despite its over-the-top appearance, the bowl had great balance, and I found myself enjoying every bite until the very end without feeling overwhelmed. This was ramen in its most powerful, unapologetic form -and I loved it.

The bright yelow sign caught my eyel wasn't even planning to eat ramen, but somehow I ended up inside. And honestly? No regrets. The thick, wild noodles, the garlic-heavy, fatty broth... it wasn't quiet or elegant, it was loud. A bit messy, sure. But bold, punchy, and totally addictive.

This place had no English signs, no tourists - just locals slurping down bowls like their lives depended on it. That's when I knew I was in the right place. Ordered something that looked like "small ramen" on the menu, and wow. Huge bowl. Noodles that fought back, super rich broth , and pork that n...eeded no chewing. Definitely not what I planned for lunch, but easily one of the best meals I've had in Osaka.
