“Michelin Quality Kaiseki with Tea Ceremony in “Shogun” Style Edo Period Courtyard Inn”
One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Japan, comparable to Michelin 2-3 Star quality. The atmosphere was excellent, with a Edo style courtyard style establishment that looks straight out of the set of the Shogun TV show. The tea ceremony was very impressive, with the host Kanji (who speaks fluent ...English) explaining the traditional Japanese etiquette and 400+ year history behind the establishment. The food was delicious and executed to perfection, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. The meal itself made the trip to Nagoya worth it. Highly recommend!
