Ingredients which Takuraku used are vegetables produced in Kyoto and no-pesticide Koshihikari（a kind of rice）produced in special A areas of Uonuma, all served directly from our signatory farms.
Salt dried under the natural sunshine and homemade seasonings. Without any artificial additives, natural seafood like fish and clam and so on are sent directly from places of origin. Supreme delicacy are made out of safe and secure ingredients.
