■Ingredients directly from producers
We serve fresh sashimi of the day, prepared with fish sourced directly from Toyohama fishing port.
We also use rare ingredients such as "Kamenote" (Japanese goose barnacle) we source from fishermen in Shino Island.
We offer a selection of hand-prepared unique dishes which let you enjoy vegetables directly from Chita farmers.
