Edosobayabusoba Sogoyokohama

Visited "Yabusoba" located inside the Sogo Yokohama department store for a perfect traditional meal. Started off with "Toriwasa" (tender chicken dressed with fresh wasabi) paired with a nice glass of sake. In Japan, drinking a little before your noodles is a classic tradition called "Sobamae"—and i...t’s absolutely wonderful! For the main course, I ordered the Zaru Soba (chilled buckwheat noodles) with a side of crispy Kakiage (mixed tempura). The beautifully pale-green noodles had a perfect bite and smooth texture, pairing beautifully with the crunchy tempura. It's located right connected to the station, making it super convenient for a relaxing and authentic Japanese dining experience! 横浜そごうのレストラン街にある「やぶそば」へ。 お目当ては、江戸前の粋な楽しみ方「蕎麦前（そばまえ）」。 まずはピリッとわさびが効いた「とりわさ」をアテに、お酒を一杯。これがもう、最高のスタートです。 いい気分になったところで、お次はメインの「かき揚げ付きざるそば」。 ほんのり緑がかった美しいお蕎麦は、のど越しが抜群。サクサク衣でボリューム満点のかき揚げと一緒に手繰る（たぐる）蕎麦は、文句なしの美味しさです。 駅直結の便利な場所で、これだけ本格的な蕎麦屋酒を楽しめるのは嬉しいですね。 お買い物帰りのちょっと贅沢なひとときにおすすめです！
