"Khorkhog", a steam-grilled dish consisting of fine, marbled beef cooked only on the heat of a hot stone located at the bottom of the pot.
"Chanasan Makh", consisting of slowly and carefully stewed rock salted-lamb on the bone. It is so tender it can even be cut with chopsticks!
