You have a touch-to-order system powered by iPad and it is awesome when they don't forget to serve you. I ordered about 5,6 times through the system for 5800 yen bill and they forgot 3 menus. I had to ask clerks after waiting for 20,30 minutes for those not coming foods. And they told me they just... forgot to take orders from the system. You can always check the order status, either already served or still in process. But it easily gets too late when you figured out they forgot your order. They will say sorry but you might end up having a lot of orders stacked on their list and wait another 10 minutes, still hungry.
