Yabaton Sakae Matsuzakaya

每次到名古屋必吃的店，超喜歡他們家的炸豬排，豬扒炸得非常香脆，再加上他們家的味噌秘製醬汁，真的很好吃！ A must-eat spot every time I visit Nagoya，I really love their tonkatsu—the pork cutlet is fried to a super crispy perfection，and paired with their secret miso sauce，it is truly delicious！

it's on the 10th floor if anyone needs to know, unique style of pork cutlet I have never tried before. definitely worth a trip. 4,200 yen for 3 people. two sets of misokatsu and 1 regular curry. in a 10 floor shopping mall too so good to spend an hour or two. a lot of Boba places like gong cha

The strong taste of the miso sauce could take some getting used to, but Yabaton truly shines in its pork - tender and juicy, even when deep fried. The portions are generous and the service was good. I accidentally spilled my beer and was given a new full glass for free. Try it for the novelty and be...cause it's a must try Nagoya dish, but I'm sure there are better places to get your miso katsu.

When in Nagoya give miso katsu a try. And Yabaton would be a good place to try it. They have many branches, they even have one at Centrair. But we did try it at their Sakae branch at Matsuzakaya dept store. Very nice decoration outside the restaurant with their standard pig mascot. We ordered t...he sizzling plate miso katsu and it was delicious not exactly cheap but worth it in my opinion. Rice is refillable in case you want more. Service was great and they do have English menu in case you need it too. I would recommend eating miso katsu at Yabaton!

The specialty of this restaurant is the tonkatsu with the miso sauce. It's delicious, the service is perfect and the prices are good. If you have trouble to find, it's underground.
