■Kushiyaki skewer
We thoroughly and fragrantly grill renowned chicken brands "Kaoridori" and "Amagi Shamo."
Serving classic parts such as chicken thigh as well as unfamiliar rare parts such as the 'tsunagi' (a part which connects the chicken heart and the liver) and 'aburatsubo' (root of the meat surrounding the tail bone), etc.
