“Good ambience good place to eat”
Been there last week. We have to wait about 2hours before we can get our table. But the shrimp tempura is so delicious. Simple dishes, but we really love it!

“Not for vegans”
We went here because Google said it has vegan options. But they do not! Luckily our server was kind enough to make me noodles without broth(fish). I enjoyed it while my boyfriend had the tempura. He said it was okay.

“Popular restaurant near station”
Popular tempura restaurant near train station. Take a queue number and wait outside. The line goes very quickly so don’t be disheartened. We got our table in 15 mins (sign said we had about 1 hr to wait) and this was 1pm on a Friday. Most of the guests are visitors. Order through a machine but if th...at is not your thing there is a menu with picture (only in Japanese) and then find the relevant selection on the tablet. If you order a dish that comes with rice or miso soup you can help yourself to it at the table. Free hot tea and cold water also available. We had the famous tempura which was freshly fried and brought to your table with great fanfare. In all a great experience food wise. Venue accepts credit card.

“Very DELICIOUS!!”
My wife and I sat down to eat and decided on this meal to share, it was a great amount of food for 2 people. The tempura was delicious, I wish I could have taken some to go. Photo taken after we dug in.

“Racist”
We went to this restaurant just a while ago. It was 7:25pm according to the time stamp in the pictures I took of the resto’s facade. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 6 yo). As soon as we entered the resto, the chef asked my husband how many we are in our group (my other two kids wer...r still outside and we were wearing masks). My husband looks Japanese, with chinky eyes. But he is Filipino, so he answered in English, “5.” The chef told my husband they are closing already so they cannot accept us. But my husband pressed on, he pointed at the sign that says in Japanese that business hours is until 11:00pm. The chef showed the X sign with his arms that means, NO. So we left. Mind you, there were not so many customers. So there is ample room for the 5 of us. And why asked how many in the first place? We felt really bad being turned down for no apparent reason. We can only think of one thing, we were discriminated. I checked their website and they even have menu in English, so they really can’t say that they are not used to serving foreigners.
