“Five star food with classic French techniques”
Kochuten was recommended to me by a friend who lives in Nagoya. I was looking forward to trying the restaurant after seeing pictures of her previous visit with other friends. The decor is classic, yet modern. The quality of ingredients and careful preparation is apparent in all of the wonderful dish...es. The execution and preparation of each dish is classic French with some showings of local ingredients. I opted for the wine pairing of French and Japanese wines which was matched with each dish perfectly. The service was very attentive and friendly. The husband, chef and wife, restaurant manager are gracious and kind. If you want to experience French food with a quiet ambiance and delicious food, try Kochuten.
