“Great Kushiage Experience!”
We went to this restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. There was an English menu available and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We ordered two set menus to try a bunch of items and also ordered some extra one off items for our 7 year old daughter. I'd recommend this restaurant if yo...u want to try kushiage cuisine.

“Fresh and Delicious”
We saw a picture of the food from this restaurant and thought it looked interesting so we decided to give it a try. The chef welcomed us in and we set on the bench. This restaurant specialised in breaded meat or vegetable on skewers and deep fried. We ordered prawn, chicken meat ball, pork tenderloi...n, beef fillet, fish, asparagus, shitaki mushroom and sweet potato. Everything was so fresh and delicious but not greasy.The pork was very tender. The chef kept an eye on the guests and put next piece into the deep fryer when we nearly finished one skewer so each piece came our hot and fresh. He also let us know which dip is used for which meat. The appetiser, salad and the cherry ice cream were all very nice. We will definitely come here again if we find ourself in Nagano.
