“Gourmet burgers, nice but expensive.....”
Gourmet burgers & fast food joint. The burgers are nice but expensive. Seems to be popular as quote crowded. There are only few dining options in this area, this seems to be one of the popular ones.

“Tasty Burgers”
KUA AINA was a great place to have a break after lots of shopping. They have burgers, sandwiches, salads and soups. My daughter and ordered the cheeseburgers, my Mother is Law ordered the BLT and my son ordered chips, all were tasty. Total cost was 3091¥ for the food. Would recommend if you after... a burger fix whilst shopping.

“One of the best burgers”
I'm glad to discover this restaurant in this remote town. The burger and fries were freshly prepared, and the deco with the little park view was a welcoming rest stop for us. Just a tiny comment, every dish seems to be a little too salty for me.

“Great burgers”
Probably one of the best burgers I have had in Japan. It was one of the best lunch options at the Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza (outlet). Pros: The burger was delicious with a generous serving of fresh avocado, a good balance of beef patty and vegetables. It was good that the cheese was overpower...ing, the burger was structure and not sloppy. Fries were very fresh and crispy. I highly recommend trying a Hawaiian beer - I had the Fire Rock Pals Ale which had a rich aroma with a smooth taste. Cons: None.

“Disappointing!”
We were extremely disappointed by this place. It seemed not to be well maintained or well managed. And the exhaust fans didn't work, so we were greeted with a lot of smoke once we got in the door. The "hostess" was a bit of a drill sergeant who made us stand practically outside until there was so...meone available to take our order (maybe she was trying to save us from the smoke...). The person taking orders didn't explain the alternatives well--the menu offers "meal sets" but the pricing is deceptive so in the end we felt completely ripped off. And even just their burgers are overpriced for what you get, never mind the weird pricing of meal sets. We deliberately ordered turkey because the pervasive beef smoke was so off-putting, but the onion on the turkey sandwich had obviously be grilled on the same grill as the beef, so it was infused with that same beef smoke flavor, which ruined it. Overall we left dissatisfied and miserable. Not likely we'd visit again!
