“Fantastic!”
So much fun and great food! We read about the place on a travel blog and adventured off on the subway to hunt down the famous Nagoya specialty Cochin chicken. After a false start where we tried to enter through the back door, we managed to find the front entrance, took our shoes off and were led to ...a private room, set in the traditional style. This may pose a challenge for larger or less limber people who find it to difficult to sit cross legged with their legs under a small table. We loved it. The menu was entirely in Japanese with no English. We asked them to order for us (in Japanese - with the help of a phrase book) and they were all smiles. They came back with a chicken set which was delicious. Fantastic, cheerful service and great food. Would recommend for an all round great experience and a chance to taste a Nagoya specialty.
