In Tokyo, your typical Yoshinoya is essentially a beef bowl menu. I was surprised that the focus here was freshly made soba. Perhaps it was catering to the preferences of the area. More surprised that unagi was served. The branding didnt associate with me; the Yoshinoya signage is always orange.... Here, it was blue. This shop is located at the very end (back) of the service area. The food, was very good. Perhaps locals have a more detailed critique. But I enjoyed my unagi dish very much. Quick service and reasonably priced. The service counter spoke English to explain the ordering system. Very friendly guy.
