“Sure to Please-Excellent”
Service: Impeccable. Flavor: Delicious, Roast Beef was Perfect, Fish Platter Tasty. Portions: Generous. Interior: Stunning, the high ceiling is based on a cathedral in Nagasaki. Wine: Very Smooth, lots of choices. Quality: Excellent Local Ingredients that are Organic or Low-Chemical when possib...le. Concept: KAZE (Breeze) blowing over their wine vineyards through their windows to connect inside with Katsunuma-cho. Supposed to be very romantic at night with the city lit up- have to come back to see that! We first went on a Wednesday- their day off-, second time we didn't have a reservation for lunch. They said come back for Second Seating from 1:30 (Reservation is Better!) but they fit us in. After the restaurant had cleared out they reseated us by the window for dessert! The View is beautiful. I liked that all the china coffee cups were different.

“Excellent food and service with vineyard views”
Visited here for lunch on July 2nd with my wife and we were both impressed by the quality of the food, setting and service. The restaurant is located high up with nice views of local vineyards and surrounding hills and the interior is spacious and charming. We enjoyed a five course lunch, of which t...he roast beef and the rare cheesecake were the highlights, but all courses were excellent, served by friendly and informative staff. The chef comes to each table himself to carve the beef, which we thought was a nice touch. For wine lovers, there is a good selection of local wines, using the Koshu grape, by glass or bottle and there is a good selection of other drinks too. Very reasonable prices for such high standard and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
