“Disappointed”
It's supposedly fine dining. Service was sometimes stiff but friendly. We were suggested to order the squid-ink paella, which they said is extremely good. It was tasty but far too salty. There were very small invisible pieces of squid and supposedly clams, we are told, but couldn’t see anything but ...just rice, which was really very hard. Definitely the opposite of what you would find in Spain, where the rice is soft and melts in your mouth. Everything is super-pricey. On top of that, they charge 300 yen “cover charge” no matter what you order. The worst aspect of this place is that it sees groups of noisy rowdy drunken “salary-men” every night.

“Very Good Food, Attentive Service”
My wife and I recently had dinner here. We were very pleased with the overall selection and the quality of the food. We also had a couple of glasses of wine. The service was very attentive and the prices were overall reasonable. I would recommend this place if you in the mood for a break from tr...aditional Japanese food.

“Great ambience and food”
We decided to try out this place since we failed to get into another Italian fushion outlet. Surprisingly the dishes though small was worth the visit. I enjoyed almost every dish ...from simple olives to green salad , button mushroom hotpot, potatoes and the superb paella which was my favorite. I wi...ll definitely go back for the seafood paella and keep the dish to myself - not enough for sharing.

“Spanish tapas in Japan”
It was very quiet when we visited Akasaka Spain Club Ala and we nearly didn't go into the restaurant for that reason. So glad we did! The food was delicious and should not be missed out on. Our favourite was the homemade meatballs. Quite big portions compared to other tapas bars - definitely wort...h what we paid. If you fancy food with a Spanish twist then try this place - you won't regret it.
