We stumbled upon this place while walking around Arakawa our first night in Tokyo. It was a cozy little bar with great food in an alley behind one of the main streets. They were surprised to see tourists but very happy to accommodate us. The bartender/cook/host spoke good English and was able to h...elp us with a few dietary limitations We all enjoyed our food as well as a couple drinks. The locals were friendly and we all were enriched by our interaction with the neighborhood regulars.
