I've had a quick lunch while waiting for my train. The gyoza dumplings were served quickly and were very tasty. Unfortunately, I've discovered a double colored non-human hair - rather cat or dog fur - on top of my dumplings, while the waitress was serving me the dish. It maybe came from her, since t...he cook was bald. They immediately offered to replace them, but being at a restaurant inside the station, they could guess I was short of time, which was indeed the fact. I said it was OK and they excused themselves professionally once more when I payd the small bill, so no big deal.
