All seating is on tatami mats, with a focus on sunken-floor seating. Our chair seating is also popular.

Our cuisine consists of fresh seafood from the Japan sea including sweet shrimp, crab, Japanese amberjack and the like lavishly used in our popular Kaga Kaiseki meal.
