Seafood such as sweet shrimp, natural yellowtail, crabs, nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), red squid, umegai-shellfish, gasuebi-shrimp, sardines, Noto iwa-mozuku Sea weed, and natural iwa-oysters.
This restaurant has a lot of original menu selections using Kaga vegetables such as Kinjiso, Kaga lotus root, and Kaga Futo (thick) cucumbers!
Typical local dishes include Kamo-jibuni (duck meat stew), grilled crab shell with crab sauce, deep-fried natural Gori fish, Fugunuka (pickled pufferfish with rice bran), squid rice, and so on!
A variety of local sake and shochu also can be enjoyed.
