This restaurant has a lot of original menu selections using Kaga vegetables such as Kinjiso, Kaga lotus root, and Kaga Futo (thick) cucumbers!
Typical local dishes include Kamo-jibuni (duck meat stew), grilled crab shell with crab sauce, deep-fried natural Gori fish, Fugunuka (pickled pufferfish with rice bran), squid rice, and so on!
