“Nice to have Chinese for a change ”

We fancied something different from Japanese tonight so we went with the restaurant at the top of our hotel. This was a very authentic Szechuan prepared meal. We went with the shredded pork, cuttlefish and vegetables and the braised aubergine, with rice and Tsingtao bottled beer. Both the pork and a...ubergine were very nicely spiced.
