“Shocking experience”
We went one day before to Veranda (same buffet restaurant),close to the Kanazawa station and we pay for dinner buffet 2pers.5000jpy.... very nice food) And yesterday I thought to try this one The Garden House ...was normal dinner buffet...nothing special On the website the price was 3000-4000jpy b...ut when we received the bill for 2pers was 13.600jpy We had such shocking experience KILL OUR JOY......SPEECHLESS WHAT I CAN SAY... AVOID AS MUCH IS POSSIBLE

“Impressive selections”
I was very impressed by the selection and execution by the Garden House culinary staff. There was a European theme designed into the menu with a very sensitive integration of local produce, meats a nd seafood. A cut above a lot of the buffets I experienced. Well done! I'm sorry I didn't take any pho...tos.

“Nice place to enjoy breakfast”
Mixed western and Japanese style buffet. You can even find clam chowder here! The Japanese style breakfast goes with different flavor pickles and vegetable, and the miso soup is delicious too. Whole atmosphere is comfortable, and service efficient with waitresses full of smile on their faces!

Provide variety of dish, you can even find clam chowder here. The Japanese style breakfast is classic with different flavor pickles and vegetables. Miso soup is a must.

“Decent food for Italian food in Kanazawa, not good if you are gluten-free”
The dinner here was pretty good considering it's a buffet, but if you have Celiac disease or are gluten-free for some other reason, *do not eat here*...or rather, if you come here, you will have very few options (exactly two entrees, and one of those was cooked to order, not part of the buffet). Oth...er than those two entrees, there was gluten-free salad; one or two sides; and one dessert (4 flavors of gelato). If you are a wheat-eater, lots of choices, including a range of meats, pasta, pizza and seafood. Lots of bread choices and Italian desserts. If you are staying at the Hotel Nikko, it's in the second floor so very convenient. And a short walk from Kanazawa Station.
