“Great little French restaurant”
A very small restaurant in Kanazawa with only 16 seats. Chef and servant run the place. The cook like you are in a Paris bistro. We choose foie gras and pate de campagne from the very interesting menu as starters. The foie gras tastes like you are in Paris. What a great starter, and that for only 1...1 euro's! The pate de campagne was excellent as well. Then I had a seabream bouillabaisse style, excellent. My partner had pork confit, also a great choice. Good wine list with reasonable prices. Excellent French desserts. Espresso. Wat a great place if you want to escape Asian food one night. The chef was never in France, but he cooks like he has been there for years. The bill was low, the price-quality is so great.
