Taki-no Kawa

ぐるなびで「即予約」取ったのですが、当日に予約なしと返事くれて、全ての責任をくるなびに押し付けて、一方的に電話を切られて、最低！ こんなサービスと態度、日本に住んでいた何年間に初めて見ました。 食べログで評価を書いてから、「修正をお願いしたい」のメッセージをもらいました。接客と予約は一部なので、修正すのは納得できないよ。 Extremely bad service which was literally the worst experience EVER I've got in Japan in past 6 years. Would NOT recommend to anyone espe...cially to foreigners. There're plenty of very high quality service&taste crab restaurants... We made a reservation but when we called the restaurant before we were about to leave the hotel, there was a very rude lady told us that we haven't make reservation with them. While we tried to double check with the confirmation letter, she hang up the phone, even for the next couple of the times when we called again. PS: I haven't put down any score besides "service". After I've posted this review a day later, the restaurant owner reported me as "too subjectively"? Seriously?! AGAIN. Been to hundreds of Japanese restaurants through street food to 3 stars, this is the WORST, and I'll never change my mind. I'LL NOT DELETE MY REVIEWS. ぐるなび上預約成功後，跑到福井竟然跟我說沒預約？！所有責任都推給ぐるなび，還直接很沒禮貌的掛電話。真是丟日本人的臉。 PS：在tabelog寫下評價後，收到店家舉報說我們不夠客觀。認真的嗎？真是笑了。在日本這麼多年第一次遇到這樣沒下限的店家。對我們來說，服務也是去餐廳的重要一環。福井的螃蟹很好吃，但好的店家還有許多，這家真的不行！
