“A memorable dining experience”
We had a unique and enjoyable dinner at Coil Kanazawa! The interactive aspect of preparing tea ceremony, soup, and sushi ourself added a fun and special element to the dinner! Fresh and tasty food! Super friendly and amazing service and cooking staff just added to a memorable dining experience. It d...efinitely was a delightful visit!

“Fun dinner rolling own Sushi ”
Highly recommend for a good and fun meal. Choose your own sushi roll ingredients and then roll your own sushi roll. Very tasty and a great Sake tasting option

the word pretentious is screaming loudly‼️as the other reviews food is tasty but a tedious procedure and not as satisfying as one would like. over priced even for the original concept i was curious being vegan.

“Do it yourself sushi”
This is a do it yourself sushi making place. You order 5, 6, or 8 items and it is delivered to you with seaweed paper covered in rice and then you also have an instant soup do it yourself option. We had fun with the concept but I would go elsewhere with so much better sushi around Japan.

If you like to make your own sushi by yourself + pay 6 times the cost this is the place for you! Terrible all around. While this restaurant try to be minimalistic the experience is of a greedy restaurant with high prices, small portions, not equipped with the relevant instruments needed. (Knifes no...t sharp enough to cut the seaweed). Overall terrible experience. You pay almost 6 times and make your own food. Also they take so long to prepare it.
