Stumbled upon this place on a rainy night in Kanazawa. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Delightful owner who cooked all the delicious food in front of us. Gorgeous, fresh produce - oysters with yuzu mayonnaise; incredible grilled salmon with a deep scorch and a layer of fat; unusual refreshing v...inegar fish and delightful wagyu. True modern Japanese cuisine - an undiscovered gem. Last but not least the short but well curated sake menu. Tiny place with seats watching the chef - you won’t be disappointed. Would give it 10 stars out of 5 if we could!
