Sushihonjin Dining

We go to Yuzawa about once a year, and always eat here at least 2-3 times. It´s a nice shop with friendly staff and really good sushi. If you don´t know any japanese they have an english menu and also the staff offers their help to order from the chefs in the middle of the conveyorbelt (if they are ...not too busy, i think). You can of course pick the small sushi-plates from the belt if you don´t feel like ordering directly from the sushi chefs. I recommend the negitoro rolls (minced fatty tuna & green onion) and the more expensive o-toro and chu-toro nigiri (fatty tuna belly). They melt in your mouth.
