I liked it so much that I went back 2 days later. The food here was just exquisite. The food in Japan in general is always good but this place stood out. Many Japanese restaurants are very small and often there is no room or they don't want or can not attend non-Japanese customers. I was really glad... that I could eat here, I was the only non-Japanese customer. The best dish was one with shitake mushrooms and garlic. They serve Japanese wines too. The staff and the cook were friendly but we could not really speak much due to the language barrier. I would without any doubt eat here again if I ever were to visit Tokushima again.

Doman Naka is a newly opened izakaya restaurant in Tokushima station area with 3 floors: Ground floor has a bar-counter for eating in the counter itself Second floor are small private rooms while the third floor is a big room allowing to have party for groups until 30 to 40 persons. Food is nice an...d the service diligent. Menu offers variety of typical dishes, being the sashimi and oyster fried the best for me. Recoomended place for group (larger and smaller) but also for couple at counter.
