A 3-minute walk from Sendai Station. Please enjoy authentic char-grilled beef tongue.
Especially carefully-selected parts near the marbled tongue root.

Our beef tongue is only from the root part of the tongue, 30 to 40% of the whole which is beautifully marbled and tender, low-fat and high-protein, and low calorie compared to other meat, so it has been loved as traditional. We serve "beef tongue" come with long-time-stewed tail soup and rice boiled with barley highly compatible with beef tongue.
