Tucked on the third floor of a building, this place is nondescript; we would have never found this place if not for the signage at the base of the ground floor escalator. We don't speak Japanese but the chef went out of his way to our table to make recommendations, and I must say, they are excelle...nt. Kudos for his professionalism. The uni sushi was exceptional, its creaminess gel-ed so well with the rice - and the chef was generous to give another dollop of uni in addition to that on the sushi! The sashimi moriawase was fresh and good, particularly the squid and mackerel. And the Aomori beef was surprisingly excellent!
