It must be a Kuroge Wagyu variety, reared in Miyagi Prefecture, sold in markets approved by the Sendai Beef Promotion Council and exhibited at competitive exhibitions, and graded A5 or B5 by carcass transaction standards of the Japan Meat Grading Association.
