Branded tuna "Sanriku Shiogama Higashimono," and carefully selected seasonal fish such as high-quality fish longtooth grouper and pufferfish with excellent umami, fresh seasonal vegetables from the Miyagi Prefecture including Japanese parsley from Natori, Miyagi, are all turned into course dishes in order to entertain the customers.
