Restaurant Ra Sera

On this trip (so far) I have stayed at 38 different hotels, and only one hotel's breakfast comes anywhere close to La Sera's. It's all made there, and expertly done. The selection is wide, the hot dishes are kept hot, the coffee is great, the taste is so good you'll break your diet, on and on. The s...taff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and caring. Good thing I had five days here!

ホテルJALシティの1Fにあるレストランで、内装や調度品の格式はとても高いですが、ランチタイムは宿泊客でなくても気軽に利用できます。ランチではメインディッシュとして肉料理もしくは魚料理を選びます。パン・ライス・サラダ・スープ・ドリンクは、レストランの中央に配置されているビュッフェで自分で食べたい量を盛りつけます。 ランチで特にお勧めなのがカレーライス。日によって使用される食材が変わり、勿論見た目も変わります。白色ルウのホワイトカレーは青森県産のリンゴが、茶色のルウのカレーでは陸奥湾で採れたホタテが使われています。この日はホワイトカレーでしたが、リンゴの甘みと酸味がカレーにまろやかさを加えて美味...しかったです。 各料理を丁寧に拵えているからか、給仕のスピードはやや遅めに感じました。ゆっくりと優雅にランチを楽しむにはいいかもしれませんが、時間を気にする場合は避けた方がいいかもしれません。 Although the restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the Hotel JAL City, and the decor and furnishings are very elegant and beautiful, anyone can use it at lunchtime, not just the guest. At lunch, you have to choose between meat and fish dishes. Bread, rice, salad, soup and drink are on the buffet booth located in the center of the restaurant. The lunch I recommend to you is specially made curry rice. Depending on the day, it looks, tastes and toppings vary. The curry I ordered was a white-based curry that used apples from Aomori prefecture for Roux. The sweetness and sourness of the apple matched exquisitely with the hotness of Roux. Scallops from Mutsu Bay are topped with curry served on another day. I felt that the speed of serving was slow, probably because each dish was made carefully. It would be nice if you had an elegant lunchtime, but in a hurry you should avoid this restaurant.

If you like Japanese food this restaurant will supply it for breakfast. The selection is quite extensive. The food is excellent quality and very fresh supplies. The staff are very good looking after your needs. It is a Buffett style but it is quite well set out. Overall a very good restauran...t.
