“Tempting Tempura”
Great Tempura cooked with a flourish in front of you. Nice sitting at the bar and watching. Helpful staff with sufficient English to guide you through what you are eating and which salts or sauces to use for each thing.

“Overpriced”
Why this restaurant received so many good reviews is beyond me considering all the other good restaurants in the area. The tempura was good to that I’ll agree but the price, not so much. Your going to pay a minimum of 4,100 ¥ for 2 shrimp, 2 pieces of fish and 4 vegetables, a bowl of miso, a bowl... of rice and a ‘ball’ of tempura at the end. We wound up paying $85 US for dinner ( we also had 2 beers). All in all the most expensive dinner by far in the 10 days we’ve been in Japan. Food good but not worth the price.

“So good!”
We hadn't been to a tempura restaurant before. We'll certainly go again. It's great to sit at the counter in front of the chefs and they serve you individually with fresh fried prawns, fish, squid mushrooms and vegetables. Absolutely delicious!

“Excellent tempura”
Food was excellent and they help you select the right sauce and seasoning. Set menus are great, we opted for one without dessert. This is a typical small Japanese tempura restaurant with a private seating area for small groups and bar seating area around the cooks.

“Great food experience”
It was difficult to find but once there, boy, was it worth it. The preparation of the food was meticulous and so more appreciated. The freshness of the ingredients unbeatable! We really enjoyed this and would highly recommend going.
