“Wonderful Italian restaurant with a Japanese twist.”
Four of us ate at Al Bacio on 28 Nov. We were looking for something different from the Japanese meals we have enjoyed for the previous 10 days and decided to try Al Bacio. We are so glad we did - the food was fantastic (as good as we have had in either Italy or good Italian restaurants in London) an...d the service friendly and efficient. The set 4 course meal was diverse and perfectly cooked, the al a carte great for those who wanted something less substantial and the wines were excellent. Thank you for making our evening in Okayama such a memorable one.

“Excellent Italian food in Okayama”
My parents and I visited this restaurant after stumbling across it near our hotel. The service was excellent and we had a delicious multiple-course Italian meal with wine for a very reasonable price. Our food was fantastic and the staff have created a really nice relaxed atmosphere for customers. Hi...ghly recommended!

“Hidden gem”
Found this restaurant by accident in a laneway off a shopping mall, and very glad we did. The restaurant is run by a charming Japanese couple and he, the Chef, had trained in Italy. Hence, the Italian menu. We had an excellent meal and a superb bottle of red wine. We returned the next night and ...had an even better meal. In fact, we would have returned a third time, but the owners were headed to Italy for a holiday. What a shame that this excellent restaurant didn't have more customers.
