“Food that makes happy!!”
Very good steak and seafood. very friendly people and delicious wine. Our favorite! Small and cozy and a lovely atmosphere.

“Excellent Teppanyaki in the centre of Hiroshima”
Great restaurant for teppanyaki in the middle of Hiroshima. Small (20 seats) so book ahead on Savor Japan (if you need to do it in English) and look out for the restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building. We had the set menu with sirloin and considered it very good value at Y15,000 for two.

“Excellent small restaurant”
Aohige was small, but classy. We got items from the course menu. All of the food was excellently prepared and delicious. They have a great wine selection too. We got wine by the glass, but still the quality was above average and the price was reasonable.

“Amazing restaurant.”
We were at the new branch called Aohige Honten, which is only 900 m away from the Steak Aohige. The evening was truly exceptional. The staff was absolutely great, the food amazing and the whole atmosphere just wonderful and tranquil.

“Little gem”
Looking for something to eat after having just arrived in Hiroshima nu wife an I stumbled onto this little gem. We ordered a waygu rumpt steak with a potato salad and some vegetables. The potato salad and vegetables were good. The waygu rumpt steak however was to die for. The meat almost literally ...melted in our mouths and we can honestly say it was the best beef we'd had while eating out so far. If you're ever in Hiroshima do yourself a favor and look this place up.
