OK, I have to say that I totally enjoy Shabu Shabu so my comments may be slightly jaded. That being said, all you can eat for less than 3,000 yen is a deal. Meat was good and vegetables fresh. They brought the meat and veg whenever we asked and plenty of it. I added the all you can drink alcohol... for another 1,500. All you can drink soda is just over 300 yen. They had a menu in English and one of the waiters spoke English as well. All in all, we had an amazing time eating, drinking and laughing. I highly suggest this restaurant!

We found this Shabu Shabu restaurant with only one review at another site, but it was a good one. We were skeptical at first, but being only one block from my daughter's university dormatory, we decided to give it a try. It was incredible! At first we couldn't find it. There is no big signage an...d there are several other restaurants in the building. It is located on the 5th floor. It turns out that this is a chain and there are 2 other locations in Tokyo. For 2900yen we opted for the all you can eat menu, which included several kinds of beef, pork and chicken. They have a even more expensive choice with better quality beef and more selections for 3400 yen. What's great is that they kept the meats coming. Unlike some Shabu Shabu places in the US that load you up with vegitables, they gave you minimum vegi's and filled us up with the meats. You had many choices of broths and we liked the soy milk one and the spicy one the best(spicy is not spicy in Japan). Since we had 4 people, they allowed us to choose 2 additional broths. We chose Sukiyaki and Kombu(seaweed). Kombu was too traditional and didn't have much flavor. The Sukiyaki(sweet soy flavor) broth was good. The dipping sauces were great. You had 2 hours to finish your meal. The meal ended with dessert included. Several choices. I would have given them a 5 on service, but the waitress forgot to give us the dipping sauces at first. But once we got the dipping sauces, the meal was incredible.
