“awful service”
Booked course menu. Food didn't come for an hour until I finally asked. The waiter spilled alchohol on my skirt. He said, "I'll bring some hot towels." I thought he meant to bring a towel to wipe my skirt. Instead, he began cleaning the floor with it. How can a waiter be so dumb? Food is not enough,... neither in quality and volume. Taste of gyutan(ox toungue)is acceptable, but far from satisfying. Too hard to chew and poor in flavor(no sauce or dressings). I can never rate this place too low. Wonder why some people rate here "very good". Will never, ever come again.
